2016 GROUP: Friday mornings: October 14, 28 | November 11, 18, 25 | December 2

2017 GROUP: Friday mornings: January 20 | February 3, 17 | March 24

Individual sessions (3) to be scheduled between January – March (1x per month)

A minimum of five people are required per programme. Groups will consist of individuals signing up or pre-existing teams.
